Congratulations on your approaching wedding and welcome to our Bridesmaid Registry. We specialize in bridal party dresses and hope to alleviate a small portion of the stress associated with organizing your big day. We take extra
care to ensure that all dresses are shipped from the same dye lot to match each other in shade and hue. To accomplish this we do not ship your bridal party order until the order is complete.
This Bridesmaid Registry feature will be helpful if you fall into one of the two situations outlined below.
1. The girls in the wedding party are each paying separately for their dresses and dresses are shipped separately to the girls; or
2. The girls in the wedding party are each paying separately for their dresses and all dresses in the party are shipped to one location (which allows for free shipping to anywhere in the continental United States).
You probably will not need to use the Bridesmaid Registry if:
1. One person is paying for all dresses and all dresses are shipped to one person. In this situation, the customer can order as many dresses as needed under one order. You can order 2 or more dresses, even if they are different colors or styles, with one order.
2. One person is paying for all dresses but the dresses are being shipped to separate locations. In this situation, the customer will need to enter a separate order for each location that the dress is being shipped to. The billing address will be the same for each order but the shipping address will change.
The Bridesmaid Registry allows you to organize your bridal party order and gives the members of your party an easy way to order their dresses. Once you register, a virtual suite is created, and your bridesmaids are invited back
to the site with an e-mail invitation we generate from the information you provide. The e-mail contains a greeting, a password and a link back to our site. Once here, the girls can access the password-protected suite and order their dresses and post comments to the group on the comment screen. If you need to add or remove a member of the party just follow the simple directions. Only the creator of the suite can add or remove a member of the party. We will not ship your dresses until your order is complete and we do not charge the credit cards until the order is shipped. You can return to your suite to learn who has ordered and to read comments posted by your party. Before using the Registry you will need to decide which style you will be ordering. If you will be ordering a style in the Petite, Misses and/or
Plus Size version for the girls in your party, there is no need to enter each style number. Simply enter one of the style numbers where indicated below. All versions of the style will be posted in the Bridal Party Suite for your girls to choose from.
Create a New Bridesmaid Registry:
Enter the number of girls in your bridal party in the space provided below. On the next page you will be asked to provide the following information:
• The names of the girls in your wedding party and their e-mail addresses;
• The style number of the dress you wish to order and the color;
• The date of your wedding, the brides last name and the grooms last name.
You should have this information available before proceeding to the next page.
