Normal men have no need for a bra...doesn't fit their bodies. There are rare cases where men get breasts due to some hormone disorder but I think that is very rare...but yes I have heard of at least one such case. I guess it's similar to that there are cases where women can get a beard, it's also some hormone mix-up.

I'm a man and on occasion I wear a bra under my clothes. I usually do it in the winter when the bra is hidden by several layers of clothing. If I travel in the summer sometimes I'll wear a bra under only a T shirt, people have to notice it but I've never seen a reaction.
