Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase from NYDressCo. We don't want you to accept a dress you don't want. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will accept your return so long as you adhere to the terms of this return policy. The act of purchasing merchandise from this website or NYDressCo telephone operators signifies you have read all terms and conditions of this sale and that you agree to the terms and conditions of this Return Policy and all other terms and conditions specified on this page or elsewhere on this website. You have 5 days to examine the dress (starting from the date the package is delivered to your shipping address). If you don't like it, for any reason, you can return it no questions asked. However, you must e-mail and request a Return Authorization Number within five (5) days of receipt of the dress. That should be sufficient time to decide if you want to keep the dress. E-mail return requests to: returns@nydressco.com. Please provide the name of the purchaser of the dress in your e-mail, a RAN cannot be issued without that information. You must return the dress in original condition (clean, unworn without deodorant stains or stretched seams) with tags, hangers, etc., postmarked within 10 days of receipt of the dress. There are no exceptions to this policy. We will refund the price of the dress but not shipping charges and the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the dress(es) back. A late RAN request, a late return or a return without hangers, tags, etc., if accepted, is subject to a $30.00 per item restocking fee. No request will be considered after fifteen (15) after you receive the dress. Accepting a late RAN is at the sole discretion of NYDressCo and all decisions are final. In addition, late returns RECEIVE WEBSITE CREDIT ONLY. Returns attempted without a RAN are refused and shipped back to the customer. Dresses that are returned in obvious worn condition will be returned to customer. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT, EXCEPT FOR BRIDAL PARTY ORDERS. If you need to exchange a dress for a different size you must request it within 5 days of receipt of the dress. You must pay to send the dress back to us but we will send the second dress back to you at our expense utilizing the standard $8.00 method. If the customer returns the second dress for a refund after an exchange, the customer will be billed shipping charges for both dresses at the rate of $8.00 per exchange as well as incurring a $30.00 restocking charge. No returns or refunds are permitted after the second exchange. If a bridal party returns all dresses, then shipping, handling charges of $10.00 per dress and restocking charges in the amount of $75.00 will be assessed. No bridal party refunds will be given after 30 days of receipt of the dresses. Bridal party orders may exchange dresses for different sizes for a reasonable time not to exceed 30 days, provided the dress needed is still available and the original dress is unworn, unaltered, in original condition with tags attached. Any conflict between the terms contained in invoices accompanying the dress or dress tags and this webpage shall be controlled by the language contained on this page. Items purchased from our Closeout section are not refundable or returnable. Closeouts may be exchanged if sizes are available. Damaged Merchandise:
We recommend you inspect your package for damage before accepting it. If your garment appears to have suffered shipping damage do not accept the package. If you have already received the package, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact our company to report the damage and request a Return Authorization Number to return the merchandise. E-mail or call us toll free at 877-693-7700 if you have any questions.
Privacy Policy:
NYDressCo will not sell, distribute or otherwise divulge information you provide us to any third party without your permission, except in the ordinary course of business or when compelled by law to do so. The personal information you provide is used for our own marketing purposes and by providing your information you consent to NYDressCo sending e-mail and snail mail to you in the future on a limited basis. If you are a teen under 16 years of age, you must have your parent's permission before providing personal information.
How We Use Your Information:
We collect your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card information to ship you your order. Information gathered from our dress contest/mailing list is used for promotional purposes only and is not transmitted or sold to any third party, except in the ordinary course of business. If you do not wish to receive promotional material from us or if you want to be removed from our mailing list send an e-mail to us at remove@nydressco.com listing the name and e-mail address to be removed. Place the words "Remove From Mailing List" in the subject line. You will be removed from our e-mail list. If you need to modify your information simply send an e-mail to: modify@nydressco.com and advise us of the change. We do not collect or track IP addresses.

Cookies are bits of electronic information that a web site can transfer to a visitor's hard drive to help tailor and keep records of his or her visit to the site. The "cookie" itself does not tell us who you are, your email address or anything else personal. Even without accepting a cookie you can still access most of the features on this site. If the item you order is sold out or on back order you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
Shipping Information:
We ship everywhere in the United States via UPS and the United States Postal Service. We ship to the rest of the world via United States Postal Service. We reserve the right to use the shipper of our choice.
Shipping charges are as follows:
Standard
• $10.00 - UPS, USPS Priority Mail or shipper of our choice to all 50 states of the USA including Puerto Rico & US Territories . (Delivery in 2-7 business days approximately).
• $20.00 Priority Mail to Canada.
• APO's and FPO 's use the $10.00 Standard UPS, USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method. There is no express service available for APO's and FPO's.
Express
• $27.00 UPS BLUE (2nd business day) or USPS Express Mail (1-2 day delivery) in the continental US.
• $27.00 USPS Express Mail - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories only.

Sales Tax:
If you reside in New York State or if you are shipping merchandise into New York State then you must pay sales tax of 8.65%. It will be added to your order. The tax is applicable to merchandise only and not shipping charges.
Secure Ordering & Policy:
We utilize the latest technology to ensure all transactions are safe and secure. All credit card transactions are processed off line after retrieval from our secure site, which utilizes the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All credit card information is removed from the secure online location once the order is processed, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized access and use.
Catalogues:
Our inventory fluctuates from week to week. Styles and colors are added and removed from our site weekly. Therefore we do not offer a catalogue. You are welcome to download or print a copy of any enlarged picture on the site since it contains all the information about the dress you are viewing. Permission to reprint, replicate or reproduce our photographs and content is granted expressly for non-commercial home use only and our photographs and content may not be reprinted, replicated or reproduced for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. If you do not have a credit card but wish to order one of our styles, we accept UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE MONEY ORDERS. (Click on the money order link for further information.)

We exist only on the Internet and do not have any brick and mortar stores.
Contest Rules
It cost nothing to enter this contest. Contest winners are determined on the first day of each month by random drawing. To be eligible, you must be at least 13 years of age unless prohibited by law by your State of residence, in which case you must be of lawful age to enter your vitals in our guest book. The information you provide is covered under the terms of our Privacy Statement. Multiple entries in a single month do not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning changes from month to month depending on the number of entries received for that month. There are typically several thousand entries per month, you do the math :) By entering our contest, you consent to NYDressCo sending you occasional e-mails with information about our products. Only one winner per month and winners are not eligible to enter again for the following 12 months. The winner must claim her/his dress before the next month's winner is announced or the right to the free dress will expire.The prize will be shipped, at our expense, in the size requested. Winner must pay costs of returning merchandise for an exchange. There is no cash value in lieu of the prize award. By entering the contest, entrant consents to New York Dress Co., Inc. sending you e-mail announcements from time to time. Entrant further consents to New York Dress Co., Inc. using contestant's name on our Web Page in the event contestant wins the contest. All decisions of New York Dress Co., Inc. are final with regard to prize, winner and interpretation of these rules. Winner is responsible for taxes due, if any, consult your tax advisor. The contest continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated by New York Dress Co., Inc., at its sole option and discretion. All orders are shipped from the warehouse facility, which operates Monday through Friday.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of New York, County of Nassau and/or the Southern District of New York. These terms and all sales or transactions arising from use of the NYDressCo site shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
All of the pictures appearing on the NYDressCo website are the property of NYDressCo and may not be used without our written permission.
For AOL Users:
If the photographs on our site are not clear on your monitor, you should perform the following adjustment on your AOL settings. The following adjustment will make your website viewing better for all other sites and will not harm your computer or alter your AOL in any way. It is also completely reversible.
For AOL 6.0 users, click on "settings" in the top menu bar. For AOL 5.0 (or lower) users, click on My AOL.
For 6.0 users click "Internet Properties (WWW)". For 5.0 (and lower) users, click on the "WWW" icon.
All users will next click the "Web Graphics" tab.
For 6.0 users click the "Never Compress Graphics" tab. For 5.0 (and lower) users, un-check the "Compress Web Graphics" box. Click the "Apply" button then click OK.
All users next click the "General" tab at the top of the menu.
Under the "Temporary Internet Files" click delete files. This merely deletes temporary files from web sites you have visited. It will not remove favorite websites you have bookmarked.
Next, all users click "Clear History".
Finally all users click the "Apply" link at the bottom and then click "OK". You have now cleared your cache and are ready to view clear pictures on the World Wide Web.
